Assessment and crane reception process
At Servihonda Málaga, we have the Servihonda Claims and Appraisal Center for your motorcycle.
Our new facilities are located at 53 Veracruz Street (Málaga). This center is located at a different address than our Servihonda Málaga headquarters (210 José Ortega y Gasset Ave., Málaga), our Servihonda Workshop (3 Rigoletto St., Málaga), and Recambios Servihonda (1 Sigfrido St.).
Our team specializes exclusively in motorcycle claims management and damage assessments in Málaga, coordinating the process with insurance companies.
Direct reception without appointment
Your roadside assistance provider will arrange to have your motorcycle transported directly to our claims and appraisal center in Málaga. No appointment is necessary for drop-off and appraisal. Once there, the motorcycle will be appraised, and you will be given an appointment for repairs.
In Fuengirola and Marbella, claims processing and vehicle inspections will be handled at the Servihonda repair shops in Fuengirola and Marbella.
The hours for Claims and Appraisals at Servihonda Málaga (53 Veracruz St.) are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The damage report is essential
It is mandatory for a responsible person (the owner or someone authorized) to come to our workshop to sign the damage report. Without this signature, the insurance company’s surveyor will not examine the vehicle, and the repair process cannot begin.

Assessment process
You do not need an appointment with our repair shop for drop-off and assessment. Simply let your insurance company know that you would like to drop off your motorcycle at the Servihonda Málaga Claims and Appraisal Center, or at the Servihonda repair shops in Fuengirola and Marbella, and they will arrange for the appraiser to visit. Once the vehicle has been inspected, we will schedule an appointment for the repair. We always use genuine replacement parts to restore your vehicle to its original condition.
