Servihonda is therefore making phone numbers available for information (by phone and WhatsApp), as well as an email address, through which customers can request, with no obligation, any information they need about the bike they have chosen, receiving both technical advice on features and performance and guidance on pricing and finance options.
If the customer decides to go ahead with the purchase of their new motorcycle, the paperwork needed to complete the sale is sent and returned digitally, online, without any need to visit the dealership. Once the process is complete, the bike is delivered to their home at no extra cost within 50 km; for longer distances, Servihonda will provide a quote for delivery to the customer’s address.
With this initiative, Servihonda joins the businesses currently implementing protocols that guarantee a completely safe, Covid-19-free purchase, making mobility easier and more accessible — especially for people living in towns across the province of Málaga who are unable to travel to buy a motorcycle.
