A personalized welcome from the very beginning
The reception team listens to your needs, answers your questions, and accurately records the information needed to service your motorcycle. The process continues with a physical inspection of the vehicle to document the mileage and any pre-existing damage, identify the reason for your visit, and determine the necessary repairs.
For diagnostics, we use the E-VHC system, and if any issues are found, we’ll send you visual evidence along with a detailed estimate. For any additional work, we’ll always require your authorization before proceeding.
Our mechanics are specifically trained on Honda models, ensuring the highest level of technical expertise and the exclusive use of genuine Honda parts.
Once the necessary repairs and adjustments are complete, the service includes a complimentary wash. Finally, when you come to pick up your motorcycle, you’ll be given the keys and any replaced parts, at which time we’ll also explain the invoice and the work performed in detail.
